How many videos can I create per month?

Free: 2 videos/month, Pro ($149): 100 videos/month, Enterprise ($199): 200 videos/month. Credits do not roll over to the next month.

Do unused credits roll over?

No, credits do not accumulate or roll over. Each month your credits reset according to your plan.

What are the video length restrictions?

Videos must be between 8-40 seconds. Videos outside this range or with excessive text cannot be generated (no credit deduction).

What is your refund policy?

Generated videos and used credits are non-refundable. Video quality may vary and is not guaranteed to be perfect.

Can I auto-upload to YouTube?

YouTube auto-upload is coming soon. Currently you can download videos and manually upload them.

How many languages are supported?

Free plan supports 1 language. Pro and Enterprise support all 11 languages (EN, KO, JA, ZH-TW, DE, FR, ES, IT, PT, NL, PL).

How many YouTube channels can I connect?

Free: Not available, Pro: Up to 3 channels, Enterprise: Up to 10 channels.

Can I buy additional videos?

Yes, Pro and Enterprise users can purchase additional 30 videos for $49.

What payment methods are accepted?
